This is the Christmas set I was waiting for the most from Too Faced! I missed the previous set from last year, so I made sure not to miss it this year. I went to ULTA today to look for the Born This Way Nudes Palette, and I saw this Too Faced Snuggles & Melted Kisses Liquid Lipstick set IN THE STORE! I was like WHAT?! I didn’t even know it was releasing this early from Ulta stores. Totally caught me by surprise. They only had three sets available so you know how quick I grabbed mine! Today was not a planned visit, I just went here with a friend of mine because it was close to the brunch restaurant. I was LITERALLY SO HAPPY!

THE LIPSTICKS
The lipsticks come in a set of four and they are travel sized. I think it is nice that way since it will probably take me a year to finish all four of these. I also have the full size pumpkin spice one, so I have a lot to choose from. I don’t know what these lipsticks are described by, so I’m just guessing it by my own eyes haha.
These are so cute, I love the packaging and the cap on these lippies. Background story, I loved the original melted lipsticks but I didn’t like how it transferred. I loved how smooth it felt on the lips and how beautiful it looked! I didn’t even know they had the new melted mattes until this year. I’m super late I know. My first melted matte is the pumpkin spice one! These melted mattes do NOT transfer and it is mask friendly for me. I wish I had pictures of my mask with my foundation transfers, but no lipstick transfers!
The swatches below on my arm and lips are all natural lighting! They are unedited and taken with my phone to ensure true colors. I put two photos of each shade because it can look different in different lightings or angles. For reference, I am light medium skin toned with golden olive skin undertone.

Hot Toddy looks like a nice mauve. It’s crazy how much the color deepens when you’re not in front of a window lol. Ok, not that crazy but just looking at the photos below… looks like two different colors. It kind of reminds me of Jeffree Star Androgyny to me. I don’t know what hot toddy smells like, but this smells pretty good! I looked it up though and I guess it’s hot water, whiskey, honey, & lemon! To me, it smells like hot chocolate with honey. I don’t smell the lemon, though.
Candy Cane reminds me dose of colors Los Anjealous sooo much! When I swatched it, I was like ooooh! I’m just so glad it’s not PINK like previous releases. It’s a nice muted ruby red! It definitely smells like peppermint candy cane. I don’t think this is cool toned because I look TERRIBLE in cool toned reds. It’s probably neutral!
Sugar Cookie is a neutral toned nude with a teeny pinch of pink, I think! Just enough not to make you look dead lol. Sugar cookie reminds me of Jeffree Star Christmas cookie, but JS Christmas cookie is more pink! I think the sugar cookie smells okay.
Caramel Apple is my favorite one out of the bunch. I have been looking for the perfect burnt orange-ish reddish color that won’t wash me out. Initially, I wanted a pumpkin color but I figured out that color washes me out so much that I looked so weird and sickly. When I bought the pumpkin spice from Too Faced, I thought it would be deeper, but I still loved the color. This one, however, is my perfect fall lip! Funny how that is, since it’s a Christmas set.

This Too Faced Snuggles & Melted Kisses liquid lipstick set is a nice way to have four colors at such a great price of $25! These lippies last so long, too that this is basically a deal. One full size lipstick costs $22 while this one just costs a mere three dollars more. This would be such a great gift for Christmas.
