Pillow Talk lipsticks are staple lipsticks in my collection! I first started with the original color and when they added to the line, of course I had to try the two deeper colors.

Charlotte Tilbury also has matching Pillow Talk Lip Liners for the lipsticks. From first look, the original and the medium looks the same, but it isn’t at all. The original pillow talk is a peachy pink and the medium is a mauve pink! The pillow talk intense is a beautiful chocolate brown that can deepen the pillow talk intense lipstick. See below!
These are the swatches for the pillow talk lipstick line. As you can see, the pillow talk original is a peachy pink shade and it will match a lot of makeup looks. The medium one is a mauve shade which works so well with cool to neutral look makeup for me. The intense is a little bit different than than the other two. The lipliner is much darker than the lipstick. The lipliner is a chocolate brown while the lipstick itself is a deeper shade of mauve than the medium.
PILLOW TALK ORIGINAL
First up is the Pillow Talk Original. I love, love this shade because I can wear this color even without wearing any makeup at all. It brightens up my complexion! With or without makeup, this lipstick shade is my most used out of my whole lipstick collection. I am a light medium skin tone with a neutral to olive skin tone. Olive girls, peachy pink shades are your best bet! This photo above is taken by my digital camera.
This photo is taken on y my iPhone on a cloudy day, haha. It doesn’t look as bright here but it’s by natural indirect lighting.
This photo is taken by my iPhone on a bright sunny day right next to my kitchen window. In this photo, I wore the “Hot Gossip” lipliner with the pillow talk original lipstick. I do this sometimes to add more warmth!
PILLOW TALK MEDIUM
The Pillow Talk Medium is a mauve lipstick shade. I really like this color as it reminds me of Mac Whirl, but due to the cooler tone of this color, I can’t wear this without makeup as it will make me look a bit dead, haha. It looks gorgeous with makeup, though! In the photo above, my eyeshadow colors are cool toned from the Natasha Denona Glam Palette! I love these pairings. I took that photo on my iPhone!
This photo was taken by my digital camera. I notice this camera lets in way more light than the iPhone. Compare this to the photo below, it’s the same day!
Crazy, huh? It looks different but it’s the same lipstick and lipliner! The eyeshadow palette I used for this look is the Viseart Paris Edit palette. That palette is beautiful and so versatile. As you can see, the medium lipstick also looks good with the palette.
PILLOW TALK INTENSE
Pillow Talk Intense is gorgeous! Although to me, it is just a deeper shade of mauve compared to the medium. It is not dark at all, so I feel like anyone can use it. In the photo above, I used the Natasha Denona Bronze Palette and like you see here this lipstick goes well with warm eyeshadow looks. If you do want it DARK, though, add the pillow talk intense lipliner!
Wooh! I love how this looks, my friends. It is soooo unique, so sassy, and so elegant at the same time. I wore this look for Christmas last year and I just love how it looks with my eye makeup and outfit! Such a beautiful cool toned look. This photo is taken outside in the car using my iPhone!
This photo is taken by my digital camera and I used both the lipliner and the lipstick. The intense lipstick is a creamy finish while the other two are matte formula. I love how they did that, though because the lipliner is very matte! Using the two together makes the formula like a satin matte.
WATCH THE VIDEO!
As you can see, I wear these lipsticks many times. It’s not just for collection, haha. It’s too pretty to just sit on my vanity. They wear so well and easy to touch up! If you haven’t tried any of Charlotte Tilbury lipsticks, her lipsticks are all so good. My favorite are the matte formula because it is actually a satin matte! It glides on so well and feels buttery on the lips. It dries down to a nice satin matte that lasts several hours. Watch the video above to see a demo of the lipsticks. Thanks so much for visiting my blog and I will see you next time!
