I love makeup and one of my biggest collection is lipstick. As a busy mom, I don’t really put on a lot of makeup everyday, but I do put on lipstick or lipgloss everyday! I also apply highlighter on the highest points of my face because It gives me such a nice color and glow that hides the zombie mom look.
I love Dose of Colors so much for so many reasons. One of the most important in any face makeup is that it needs to be talc-free which is SO dose of colors. The other reason is… they have so many pretty lipstick colors an their liquid lipsticks feel amazing on the lips.

When they released this new collaboration with iluvsarahii, I was so ecstatic! The colors are so beautiful and in my opinion, it falls within my fall color favorites.
Let’s start with the lip products. I purchased three liquid lipsticks and one lipgloss that I know I would wear regularly. Isn’t the packaging just so chic? It’s so simple and so pretty.
I love the formula of these lipsticks. The liquid lipstick is not like the usual liquid lipsticks where it would seriously dry out your lips. These are like a mousse type formula and applies like a gloss, but dries down matte. It feels really comfortable on my dry lips. I do use these with my favorite MAC lip liners because I do like that ombre look!
Like I said earlier, Dose of Colors is one of my favorites because all their products are talc-free. I have pretty sensitive skin and I react to Talc. I immediately get little bumps upon using products with talc. It really is unfortunate, but I’m so happy I’m safe with this brand.
The highlighter I chose is Bathe and it is a pinky toned highlighter. I have champagne and gold highlighters so I must try this pink one and you guys, it is stunning. I’m completely convinced that pinky colors really compliment me!
Swatches from left to right: Aesthetic lipstick, Peachii lipstick, Nude Chica lipstick, Barely There gloss, and Bathe Highlighter. I actually have no idea why I can’t grasp the pink tones of the highlighter in the photo, but it is definitely pink. This is not really a subtle highlighter, but I love the glow it gives. It’s way more than my hourglass highlighter, but it is not like a disco highlighter if you know what I mean. Below are swatches on the lips with Mac Spice lip liner used on all!
