I remember when I was a little girl, I have always loved the waters and would frequently visit the lakes, rivers, and beaches just to be close by it. There is something about the waters that is so calming and pleasant to be around. I told myself that one of my life goals is to own a beach house so I can live by the waters indefinitely. Of course you know that didn’t happen but there is another way to halfway meet my life goal! The travel trailer is a nice way to live by the waters on vacations and family trips. This area here that I’m sharing with you today is called the Quinault RV Marina Park and it’s located right next to the beach in Ocean Shores, WA.

When you see this sign, you’ve arrived! There isn’t really a proper sign on it, but you’ll see the DIY sign near the road! This area is located in an Indian reservation and is owned by a guy named Tom!
The view is just absolutely beautiful! It was awesome to step out after breakfast and enjoy God’s creation. It was also really nice to take a walk or sit on one of the logs with my morning coffee! My husband loved flying his drone here as well to capture all that beauty!
When it is low tide, the kids loved throwing rocks into the ocean, dig a hole, and fill it with water. Also, look for the huge rocks as well because the kids for some reason used it to pile sand and seashells on it and had tons of fun. Your kids might love doing this, too!
The Quinault RV Park is a basic park for RV and travel trailers. It’s glamping without so much glam pretty much. There will be no WiFi and laundry as well! We didn’t care about any of that either because we were so busy outside enjoying life without all the electronics. As for laundry, we waited for our next stop haha but if you’re just here for a weekend, you don’t even need to worry about it until you get back home! Although, I do think that Tom is working hard to have all of these extra amenities – so keep on the lookout for that.
This area is one of my favorites for sure. We often forget how life is like without internet. It’s nice to unplug for a couple days and really enjoy what nature has to offer. As a mom, I loved watching my family play and not even ask me if they can play video games! I hope you enjoyed learning about this spot and thank you for visiting and until next time!
