We use The USPS as our shipping service. We are not responsible for USPS delays, however If you have shipping or delivery questions, i will do my best to help you with that. Our items do fit most felt and plastic board. Some boards have a tighter fit and some looser. The Hobby Lobby felt boards have very wide slots and do not hold well. Our favorites are Felt Good Vibes (use code “wordswithmeans” for a discount on their website) or Felt Creative Home Goods boards on Amazon Prime.

Wooden boards: we cannot guarantee a wood board fit. There are many variations including wood imitation. Both wood and wood imitation does not have any give. Please order with this in mind or message us first if you have a wooden board.
